Coffee City has over 14 Juzza points of sales located across Kampala and each selling coffee and snacks.
The Point of Sale Module records all instant transactions, prints the receipt and feeds all this information in the online DocTracker ERP system for the top management and CEO to view from anywhere. They also have other establishments like Supermarket, show room and Beauty parlor, restaurant all within Coffee City premises whose business processes are managed by the Doc Tracker software.
This ERP system has enabled the company to achieve the following:-
- Remote monitoring for all business transactions
- Real time reports of sales made at the Juzza point, restaurant, show room and busy coffee beauty parlor
- The system does inventory evaluation and keeps records of all the stores
- The System manages the company expense and requisitions
