Hostalite Strengthens Technology Partnership with EACOP for Enhanced Project Support

We are delighted to share highlights from a recent meeting between Hostalite CEO, Dickson Mushabe, and Martin Tiffen, Managing Director of the East African Crude Oil Pipeline (EACOP). Martin commended Hostalite for our reliability in service delivery and quick client support, especially given the heavy traffic on EACOP’s portal and online services.

The EACOP, soon to be the world’s longest heated crude oil pipeline, achieved a major milestone with the arrival of the first batch of coated line pipes in Uganda three weeks ago.

At Hostalite, we are proud to support EACOP with cutting-edge technology solutions, including Portal Development, Infrastructure, Security, and Cloud Services. We also extend our appreciation to the Petroleum Authority of Uganda (PAU) for its guidance and support in promoting National Content.

With construction progressing rapidly, demand for goods, services, and labor will continue to grow, opening doors for local businesses and entrepreneurs to participate in this transformative project.

We encourage Ugandan companies to formalize their operations, register on the National Supplier Database (NSD), and position themselves for opportunities in the Oil & Gas sector. No business is too small—those who prepare today will reap the rewards tomorrow.

Together, let’s harness the potential of the Oil & Gas sector to drive Uganda’s economic growth.
