We are glad to announce that Hostalite has been selected among the few companies to join the Global Gender Equality Seal (GES) Certification Programme for Private Enterprises. With support from UNDP and PSFU, Hostalite is now among the few Ugandan Companies Pioneering Gender Equality in Africa. This Certification programme enables businesses to increase productivity, Profitability and Partnerships through;
- Employee performance schemes that reduce gender gaps at the work place.
- Innovations for gender- appropriate product design and customer services.
- Networking with Global Companies that support Sustainable development goals.
The certification is supported by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), under the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), which were signed by world leaders in September 2015 at the United Nations General Assembly in New York.
